Lūšė 1919 - 1922
Those are early First Republic stamps cancelled with a provisional postmark of Lūšė, Lithuania (also called Palūšė), a small village with a railway station in Mažeikiai district. Not much is known but according to lithuanianphilately.com, those provisional postmark were used sometime between 1919 and 1922.
