It is a cover commemorating the second filatelic exibition (IIji filatelijos paroda) in Panevėžys/Паневежис held in 1962, honoring Vostok 2.
This is a same cover with the very rare red overprint honoring Vostok 3 and 4. On the bottom left there is a number also overprinted, it is the issued year and the number of copies produced. Only 1500 copies!
