Zarasai 1906
This is a postal stationery of the Russian Empire sent in 1906 from Ново александровск / Novo aleksandrovsk (now Zarasai, Lithuania), Ковен.Г.(Ковенская Губерния/Kovna Gubernia) to Giessen, Germany. Zarasai was called Novoaleksandrovsk from 1836 until 1918 to honor Alexander II who became Tsar of Russia in 1855.
