This is a registered cover sent in November 1940 from Vilnius to Zürich, Switzerland. From what it looks like, it seems like a regular First Republic cover but Vilnius was under Soviet occupation from June 1940 to June 1941 so it is a cover under occupation. Lithuanian stamps were still postally valid as well as the newly introduced Soviet stamps. Nice arrival cancel of the post office Zürich 1 on the back!
