These are the "Liberation" overprint stamps from 1941 with regular postmarks of the first republic, cancelled in Šiauliai.
They are 2 types of overprint, the right type was only used for 80k (soviet stamp Michel 748), the font of "NEPRIKLAUSOMA" is clearly different and size of the overprint is bigger than the others.
